The shareholders of bitvoodoo AG (“bitvoodoo”), which is active in the field of collaborative workplace solutions, have entered into a strategic partnership with Communardo Software GmbH (“Communardo”), a leading provider of software solutions and consulting services for the digital workplace. The newly formed strategic alliance will continue under the umbrella of the Communardo Group. This will enable both Atlassian Platinum Solution Partners to continue to operate independently while pooling their resources. Together, they aim to further expand their position as a leading provider of solutions for modern work in the digital workplace in the DACH market. Customers will also benefit from an even more efficient and robust service offering as a result of the merger. Founded in 2008 and based in Zurich (Switzerland), bitvoodoo supports companies in the planning, design, development and implementation of individualized company and project platforms. These include social intranets, knowledge platforms, management cockpits and ticketing and issue tracking systems.
