P+P advised camano on the acquisition by Afinum
The private equity investor Afinum aquired camano GmbH & Co. KG (camano) from family Moissl. The financing was provided by Afinum Siebte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, a private equity fund managed by Munich Afinum Management GmbH.
