P+P advises SwanCap on EUR 300 million fund closing of PEOF IV

SwanCap Investment Management S.A., advised by SwanCap Partners GmbH, Munich, successfully launched the Private Equity Co-Investment Opportunities Fund IV SCS with a volume of EUR 300 million in August 2020. PEOF IV plans to build a diversified portfolio of 20 to 25 direct co-investments with leading European and North American buyout managers.
