POELLATH advises Allgeier SE on sale of Allgei-er IT Services GmbH to Synova
The IT consulting company Allgeier SE (“Allgeier”) has sold its subsidiary Allgeier IT Services GmbH (“AITS”) - responsible for the IT managed services business - to the private equity investor Synova. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.
