POELLATH advises Investcorp and NetRom on the acquisition of the Trivium Group
Investcorp, through its technology investment arm Investcorp Technology Partners, has es-tablished a new software-focused growth platform comprising NetRom Software (“NetRom”) and Trivium eSolutions (“Trivium”). The platform is designed to bring together complementary software engineering companies under one roof and accelerate their growth.
Based in Utrecht (the Netherlands), NetRom is a leading nearshore software developer with around 460 employees and two delivery centres in Romania. Trivium is a German software consultancy specialising in industrial AI, with approximately 180 employees and offices in Germany, the Netherlands and India.
