POELLATH advises UHNWI on the structure for a philanthropic nature conservation project abroad

POELLATH advised UHNWI on the structuring of its philanthropic conservation project in Greece.

The establishment and structuring of a charitable organisation enabled the acquisition of property in Greece and the deduction of donations by German and UK resident taxpayers.

In order to implement this project, the draft articles of association of the charitable organisation had to be agreed with the advisors in the UK and Greece as well as the German tax authorities.
