Foundation law reform comes into force on July 1, 2023

On July 1, 2023, the Act on the Unification of Foundation Law will come into force in large parts. A unified civil foundation law will then apply to legally capable foundations under civil law, which will in particular bring about innovations in the areas of foundation assets, foundation bodies, amendments to the articles of association and other fundamental changes.
