POELLATH advises LifeFit Group on the acquisition of 19 studios
The LifeFit Group is a leading fitness and health platform in Germany that unites several fitness brands from the boutique, premium and full-service best price segment under one brand.
Following the acquisitions of In Shape with 13 studios and FitnessLOFT Group with 27 studios, the LifeFit Group is now taking over 19 additional studios. This step will further expand the fitness and health platform to 140 facilities and more than 390,000 members with its Fitness First, ELBGYM, Barry’s, The Gym Society, Club Pilates and YogaSix brands.
In 2024, three new openings are planned in Baden-Württemberg, an ELBGYM in Munich and the first YogaSix in Frankfurt.
