Berliner Steuergespräche

In spring 2002, the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and POELLATH initiated the Berliner Steuergespräche (Berlin Tax Talks). They serve as a forum for all those who deal with tax law and tax policy issues in their daily professional work in the German capital.

Fonds aktuell

The event series is primarily aimed at the directors, fund managers and risk managers of capital management companies who want to understand the scope of the new lending rules, exemptions and impact on the funds they manage across all asset classes.

Funds Forum Frankfurt

In Spring 2008 in cooperation with the ILF Institute for Law and Finance, POELLATH established the Funds Forum Frankfurt with the aim of providing a discussion platform for all those involved in fund structuring.

Hamburger Fondsgespräche

The aim of this initiative is to create an open forum in Hamburg for the private equity and venture capital scene as well as the closed-end fund industry, which would be available to all individuals and companies who deal with closed-end fund products in their work to exchange ideas and experiences.

M&A Lehrgang

The course was established by the POELLATH partners Dr. Frank Thiäner and Jens Hörmann and teaches the basics for the successful execution of M&A transactions. Hosted by P+P Training GmbH, the event series takes place annually, alternating between Munich and Frankfurt. POELLATH partners Dr. Georg Greitemann and Dr. Peter Bujotzek are responsible for the content of the M&A Lehrgang in Frankfurt.

At MUPET, experienced specialists from Germany and abroad will present and discuss the latest developments in the field of private equity. The focus is on both the fund business and the transaction side.

Münchner M&A Forum

The Munich M&A Forum (MMA) offers a platform for lectures and discussions on current economic and legal developments and their impact on M&A transactions. The Munich M&A Forum e.V. as an independent organizer is pleased to welcome responsible persons from companies, law firms, consulting firms, the judiciary and public administration.

Münchner Unternehmenssteuerforum

The Münchner Unternehmenssteuerforum (Munich Corporate Tax Forum) is dedicated to the promotion of tax law, in particular through specialist tax discussions between representatives of the judiciary, the tax authorities and academia, as well as experts from the business world and the tax and legal professions.
