The hygiene and disinfection specialist Schülke & Mayr GmbH (“Schülke & Mayr”), headquartered in Norderstedt, has acquired PFENNIG Reinigungstechnik GmbH (“PFENNIG Reinigungstechnik”), the leading European specialist for manual cleaning systems for cleanrooms, healthcare and facility management applications. With this acquisition, Schülke & Mayr further expands its activities in the life sciences sector and strengthens its expertise in contamination control for regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments. The management team of PFENNIG Reinigungstechnik will continue to support the company throughout the integration process.
